Shangri-La Xiamen - 5-minute drive to Exhibition Center

e Xiamen Shangri-La Hotel truly excels in every aspect. As soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by staff members who are all smiling and full of enthusiasm. There are attentive concierges to help carry your luggage, and the check-in process is smooth and efficient, with staff taking the time to confirm your preferences. Manager Carrie is extremely warm and proactive, introducing the hotel's facilities and amenities to me. The lobby manager, Ryan, also solved many problems for me and recommended nearby entertainment options and local delicacies and specialties，Let me feel the sense of home.

The building and the rooms look new. The lobby looks grand and amazing! The rooms are clean and looks relatively new. The cleaning aunty by the name of 陈春梅 was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and with decent amount of selection. And the kids club was spacious enough and fun to play in. The hotel location was very near the beach if you like the sea, but it is not very near any eateries, though a 5-min taxi can bring to some shopping malls nearby. Overall a great experience!

The breakfast was okay. Not much choice for a Muslim like me. But we enjoyed the Miso Soup and Cold Noodle. It was really nice. The hotel allowed me to extend check-out time to 3 pm which was really helpful as our flight was at 730pm.

Breakfast was amazing, looked forward to it every day. The gym was next level and the lounge bar nice. The rooms were fabulous.

Traveling for work and needing a great place to stay which was relaxing and super friendly with care. As so typical with the Shangri La group they exceed in support. The further away from home I will always try to stay at a Shangri La Hotel
